Dining becomes truly memorable when it transforms a simple meal into a full-fledged culinary experience. That is exactly what guests can expect at the newly opened Crazy Carabao Restaurant where visitors can dine and immerse themselves in the craft behind every bottle, right within the brewery – the food menu, meanwhile, is filled with pizza, pasta, and more by their sister brand, Captain Crust, who also has a spot in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

“Our goal is for guests to experience the brewery; to show you where our drinks are made, and to be here knowing that good drinks, good food and good stories go hand and hand,” stressed Crazy Carabao president Christopher James Payne.
Situated within Daystar Industrial Park, the restaurant and bar can accommodate up to 60 patrons. Captain Crust Chef Mon Miguel Marquez integrated his menu perfectly to complement each brew. It’s a mouth-watering collection that includes Detroit-style and thin-crust Napoletana pizzas, a variety of pasta recipes, and a long list of appetizers, among others.
Enhancing the dining experience is thoughtfully curated for brew pairings. Crazy Carabao currently offers five distinctive craft brews, each ideally paired with dishes from Captain Crust.
Chef Mon explained, “When we’re doing the food pairing, I have to make sure there’s no overpowering—both in liquid and solid.” He recommends pairing the crisp Pilsner with Fritto Misto, Classic Fish & Chips, Aglio e Olio Pasta, or light seafood and sushi dishes. The smooth and balanced Pale Ale complements the Pollo Sampler, Simple Cheeseburger, and Kebabs. Golden Ale’s crisp, fruity notes are perfect alongside Chicken Quesadillas, Chicken Caesar Salad, or Captain Crust’s Margherita and Detroit-style pizzas.
For bold, aromatic Indian Pale Ale (IPA), try it with Baby Comeback Ribs, Garlic Beef Salpicao, or USDA Shortloin Bone-in Steak. The semi-sweet Apple Cider pairs beautifully with Porchetta Chicharones, Spaghetti allo Scoglio, or New York Cheesecake. Finally, the sweet and tropical Piña Colada is best enjoyed with Spinach & Artichoke, the Best Sisig in South, or Brownie Obsession.

Each brew is crafted with premium malts, hops, and yeast, and produced using state-of-the-art equipment—from stainless-steel fermenters to precision-controlled brewing systems. Yet, beyond the technology, it is the passion of Crazy Carabao’s brewers that defines the brand. Every batch is closely monitored to ensure the freshest, most flavorful craft experience in every bottle.
With its expanded brewing capacity, the new CCB facility now houses four additional fermentation tanks, each capable of holding 4,000 liters. This upgrade allows a massive increase in production, producing up to 22,727 bottles across all variants per week.
The brand is also expanding its reach. Beyond bars, restaurants, and hotels, Crazy Carabao is now available in major supermarkets, including Landers Superstore, S&R Membership Shopping, and South Supermarket, as well as convenience stores like 7 Eleven and Uncle John’s.
Discover a truly unique sip-and-dine experience at the heart of the brewing process by visiting the newly opened Crazy Carabao Restaurant, as well as their brewery.
