Catch the rising stars Press Hit Play and YARA at Venice Grand Canal

Feel the vibe this rainy season as Venice Grand Canal brings P-Pop boy group Press Hit Play (referred as “PHP”) and the P-pop girl-group YARA for a must-see live performance for music fans at Venice Piazza this August 28 at exactly 7:00 PM.

Press Hit Play first made their way to stardom covering songs and uploading their content on youtube. Formed as a 6-member group way back in 2020 and announced their first debut track “WIN” in 2021. Today, the group is continuing as a 4-member group, as their label recently released last April 25, 2022 that 2 of their members left the group.

Sev first started as a freelance acoustic vocalist and has won major awards in singing competitions before he signed under EVO Music to be the main vocalist of PHP. Chrls is a former JU Entertainment & ShowBT Philippines trainee before he was appointed to be in charge for the musicality of the group and entrusted to be the lead vocalist.

JP was a former RBW Entertainment trainee who has taken interest in both writing and music composition and is an all-rounder performer that sets to dominate the stage in his singing, dancing, and rapping skills. Among the other members, Yuuki was a contestant for dancing competitions in Indonesia and South Korea representing our homeland. He gained his main dancer position as he has a lot of experience being a dancer supporting some local artists of this generation.

Meanwhile, YARA is the first-ever PoPinoy Grand Girl Group stars who made their debut after they won the grand prize from the Philippine competition. The group was a former ShowBT Trainees who dreamed of becoming a girl group that would embark on the Philippine music scene. Initially, they consist of Yuki (former member), Angelou, Rocher, and Angelah (former member).

Now the group’s official lineup consists of Angelou, who shows promising leadership skills among the group together with Rocher who also happens to be a goal-getter and the eldest among her members. Christa won a 1st place award in a Kpop Dance Cover Contest way back in 2016 and has always been interested in K-culture that made her join multiple talent competitions. Among the rest, Kim is the youngest of all the members, but despite her age, she shows courage to reach her dream of performing on a big stage and show her skills and love for music.

Save the date and don’t miss out on their performance showcase for FREE to any guest big or small and as for popular demand, Press Hit Play will host a Meet and Greet for their fans for shoppers who will avail a P500 worth of single/accumulated receipt dated August 28 at any establishments within Mckinley Hill. See you there!
