At C Lounge, Conrad Manila, Heures d’Orange, a collaboration with The Amenity Studio, offers a delicious exploration of fragrance translated into flavor. Inspired by the Hermès Hôtelier Collection and selected Hermès fragrances, the experience begins with thoughtful fragrance-and-tea pairings before each scent finds expression in savory and sweet creations.
This season introduces Voyage d’Hermès, paired with cardamom tea and expressed through crab meat with cardamom brown butter and brioche, followed by a vanilla-cardamom dessert. Eau de Basilic Pourpre takes a more herbaceous turn with Moroccan peppermint tea, tomato, ricotta and basil tuile, and basil-lime crémeux.
Returning favorites include creations inspired by Un Jardin en Méditerranée, Twilly d’Hermès Eau Ginger, Un Jardin sur le Nil and Eau de Pamplemousse Rose, alongside freshly baked scones.
“We want guests to discover fragrance differently—not simply as something to wear, but as an experience connecting scent, taste, and flavor,” shares Mitch Garcia-Arce, Managing Director of The Amenity Studio.
