Organon Marks Five Years of Advancing Health Through Medicines, Solutions, and Partnerships

Five years after launching as a global healthcare company committed to delivering impactful medicines and solutions for a healthier every day, Organon is marking a milestone defined not simply by years passed, but by its efforts to expand healthcare access, advance education, and strengthen partnerships across communities.

At the heart of Organon is a simple but powerful belief: that women’s health deserves greater attention, investment, and action, said Emmanuel Tiglao, Country Manager of Organon Philippines. “As we celebrate this milestone, we are proud of the progress made in expanding access, advancing education, and helping more women take charge of their health. More importantly, it reinforces our belief that when women’s health is prioritized, families, communities, and entire societies benefit.”

Founded in 2021, Organon was established with a mission to deliver impactful medicines and solutions for a healthier every day. Through its diverse portfolio and partnerships, the company addresses healthcare needs across different life stages and therapeutic areas while advancing its vision of improving the health of women throughout their lives.

Today, Organon reaches patients in more than 140 markets through a portfolio of over 70 medicines and products. Alongside its Women’s Health franchise, Organon’s General Medicines portfolio addresses a broad range of health needs, spanning cardiovascular disease, migraine, dermatology, autoimmune and respiratory diseases. Together, these franchises reflect the company’s commitment to expanding access and affordability for patients and communities.

Five Years of Expanding Access and Choice

Over the past five years, Organon has translated its purpose into measurable action. Through its Her Promise Access Initiative, the company has helped prevent approximately 87 million unintended pregnancies and has provided more than 72 million women and girls in low- and middle-income countries with affordable access to contraceptive options.

Beyond women’s health, Organon has also strengthened access to medicines across its broader portfolio, supported by trusted partnerships, deep commercial capabilities, and a global supply network that supports timely access to medicines for patients.

Beyond access programs, Organon works alongside healthcare professionals, advocates, governments, and community organizations to help address barriers that prevent patients from receiving timely care. The company has also invested in educational initiatives that combat misinformation and raise awareness of health conditions that affect women uniquely, disproportionately, or differently.

Fostering Belonging Through Shared Purpose

As Organon celebrates its fifth anniversary, the company is also joining the global observance of Pride Month under the theme “We All Belong.” Throughout June, employees are participating in activities that encourage allyship, inclusion, and meaningful conversations around belonging, reinforcing Organon’s commitment to creating an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.

For Organon, fostering inclusion complements its broader mission of improving lives and strengthening communities. The company believes that meaningful progress is built through collaboration, diverse perspectives, and a shared commitment to creating opportunities for all.

“Over the past five years, collaboration and innovation have enabled us to expand access, strengthen partnerships, and support communities,” Tiglao added. “These efforts reflect our commitment to helping people access the information, medicines, and solutions they need to live healthier lives.”

This milestone reflects the purpose that inspired Organon’s founding, delivering impactful medicines and solutions for a healthier every day, alongside its vision of improving the health of women throughout their lives.
