Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation has earned national recognition for its commitment to inclusive and sustainable community building, taking home two major distinctions at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2025. The company was honored for Pueblo de Oro Westwoods Heights in Batangas City, which was named Best Affordable Housing Development, and for Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar in Batangas, which received the award for Best Green Development.
This year’s Dot Property Awards places a strong emphasis on impact-driven development, recognizing projects that go beyond aesthetics to deliver meaningful value to communities and the environment. Organized by Dot Property Group, one of the region’s leading property platforms, the awards spotlight innovation, accessibility, and long-term sustainability in the Philippine market.

Nestled on a 13-hectare enclave in Barangay Tingga Itaas, PDO Westwoods Heights offers more than 500 house-and-lot units, open lots, and a green linear park as its central feature. Thoughtfully designed with modern Filipino architectural elements, the development combines value-driven living with cultural authenticity—addressing the growing demand for quality housing just outside Metro Manila.
Part of a 295-hectare work-live-play-learn master planned township, PDO Townscapes Malvar spans 48 hectares and is built with sustainability at its core. The community boasts up to 40% dedicated green spaces, a continuous “green loop of life” with bike lanes and jogging trails, and EDGE-certified homes designed to achieve 20% energy savings and 52% water efficiency. The master plan supports a balanced lifestyle, integrating a commercial district, Abba’s Orchard Montessori School, and PDO’s sister company, the Light Industry & Science Park IV, as essential components of the township, giving residents the unique advantage of living within a complete, future-ready community.
