PUEBLO DE ORO Development Corporation President and Chief Operating Officer Prim Nolido has been honored as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinos in the World at the 15th annual The Outstanding Filipino Awards (TOFA), held at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The recognition celebrated Nolido’s transformative leadership in Philippine real estate, particularly his pioneering work in sustainable township development.
According to the Awards, Nolido has redefined the landscape of Philippine real estate through eco-friendly communities that prioritize wellness, climate resilience, and inclusive growth. Since assuming leadership in 2015, he has steered Pueblo de Oro toward a future-forward vision that has earned both industry distinction and international acclaim.
Known for its purposeful integration of open spaces and harmony with the natural environment, Pueblo de Oro has earned honors that reflect its commitment to sustainable and community-centered development, including Masterplan Development of the Year – Philippines and Residential Development of the Year – Philippines at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2025, and Best Green Development from the DOT Property Philippines Awards, among others.
In 2023, Pueblo de Oro was named Developer of the Decade for Mindanao by the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) — a recognition of its sustained excellence in regional development.
Nolido’s inclusion in the TOFA100 affirms his role as a visionary leader whose work continues to shape the future of urban development in the Philippines. “Beyond building homes, our goal has always been to create environments where families can truly thrive. A home is valuable, but a community—that’s a legacy,” he said.
TOFA, founded in 2010, is a globally respected recognition platform that honors Filipinos whose work uplifts communities and advances the Filipino legacy across borders. The 2025 edition marked a milestone year, spotlighting 100 new honorees from around the world during Filipino American History Month.
This year’s honorees included Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano, cited for civic innovation; Dr. Mary Joy Canon-Abaquin, recognized for leadership in progressive education; and Sofronio Vasquez, The Voice US grand winner, honored for his contribution to Filipino cultural visibility. Together with fellow awardees, they reflect TOFA’s evolving recognition of both institutional leadership and cultural influence.
Past honorees include Loida Nicolas Lewis, trailblazing business executive and philanthropist; Ambassador Mario de Leon Jr., a respected figure in Philippine diplomacy; and Dr. Connie Mariano, former White House physician. TOFA has also recognized cultural and athletic icons such as Tony Award winner Lea Salonga, and Olympic gold medalists Hidilyn Diaz and Carlos Yulo — underscoring its stature as a platform for global Filipino leadership and impact.
