Security personnel undergo inspection during the Joint Tactical Inspection (JTI) held at SM City San Lazaro on February 26. The annual initiative of the CRS Division assesses the operational readiness of security detachments assigned to SM Supermalls, The SM Store, Food Retail Group, and other retail affiliates and joint venture projects nationwide.
Conducted in coordination with Mall Operations and accredited security agency providers, the JTI serves as a proactive and corrective measure to ensure that all security personnel are properly dressed, fully equipped, and adequately supplied, in compliance with company standards and the requirements of the Philippine National Police–Civil Security Group.
