The ICCP Group, represented by the ICCP Group Foundation (IGFI), was recognized for its significant contributions to the success of the Advanced Manufacturing Workforce Development Alliance (AMDev) program, where it serves as a key partner alongside USAID and the Unilab Foundation.
IGFI’s performance within the AMDev program has been acknowledged for achieving crucial project milestones and consistently meeting program reporting requirements.
The AMDev Program is designed to cultivate a highly skilled and adaptable workforce that aligns with the evolving demands of the high-tech manufacturing sector. IGFI plays a vital role in this initiative as a member of the Advanced Manufacturing Skills Council (ASMC).
In particular, IGFI leads in conducting skills gap assessments and training needs analyses through surveys within industrial zones, contributing to developing a comprehensive competency framework tailored to the advanced manufacturing workforce.
Moreover, IGFI is actively involved in delivering training curricula for both current employees and incoming talent from partner companies and educational institutions. The program will run until September 2027, marking a sustained effort towards fostering a robust workforce in the sector.
IGFI’s engagement in the AMDev Program reflects the ICCP Group’s overarching mission of empowering individuals and strengthening communities through continuous skills enhancement and development initiatives.
