The Jollibee brand, through its iconic Jollibee Mascot and Stacked Logo have made history as the first trademarks to be officially declared Well-Known Marks (WKM) by the Philippine Intellectual Property Office (IPOPHL) under its newly established administrative process. Conferred on August 10, 2025, the WKM status recognizes Jollibee’s high degree of brand recognition and reputation, both in the Philippines and internationally, and grants its trademarks enhanced legal protection across goods, services, and territories.
The recognition not only safeguards Jollibee’s most iconic marks but also reinforces its leadership as a proudly Filipino brand with worldwide reach.
