Cagayan de Oro City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas expressed the City’s thanks to Pueblo de Oro and the ICCP Group.

Pueblo de Oro executives led the program, including Marlon Nino B. Escalicas, vice president for operations of Masterson Mile North; Engr. Chrysler B. Acebu, vice president for operations in Cagayan de Oro; and John Vincent R. Rapiz, vice president for sales and marketing, who presented the project briefing.

A key highlight of the evening was the formal unveiling of the Southridge master development plan, accompanied by a project briefing that offered attendees an exclusive preview of the upscale residential enclave.

Positioned within a larger master-planned township, Southridge is envisioned as a premium, low-density community that emphasizes space, privacy, and thoughtful design. The development features generously sized residential lots and a layout that integrates natural terrain, efficient infrastructure, and open green spaces—elements aligned with Pueblo de Oro’s broader approach to creating balanced and resilient communities.
