A respected industry leader with over 30 years of experience in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector, Cailles brings extensive expertise spanning exhibition organizing, design contracting, consultancy, and venue management. Her appointment underscores WTCMM’s commitment to continuity, innovation, and long-term growth.
Throughout her tenure, Cailles has played a pivotal role in strengthening WTCMM’s brand positioning as a premier platform for international trade and business exchange. She has expanded and sustained a strong portfolio of high-profile international and domestic exhibitions, conferences, and institutional events, while cultivating strategic partnerships with global organizers, embassies, international chambers of commerce, and key government stakeholders.
