Sun Life’s HMO Benefits for Employees Now Cover Same-Gender and Common-Law Partner Dependents

Being  a company that embraces a caring,  flexible, and  inclusive culture that looks  after the well-being of its  talent  pool,  Sun  Life Philippines further enhances  its  medical and  health benefits package with  the inclusion of  same-gender, domestic, and  common law  partners as  eligible to  be enrolled as  qualified dependents  under its  new   Health  Maintenance  Organization (HMO) policy.  The  recent  move further fosters the company’s  ethos of  “Diversity, Equity,  and  Inclusion”  through its  recognition of  the diverse needs of its employees.
